Seminar registration fees include a continental breakfast, luncheon, and refreshment breaks on Monday.

Symposium registration fees include evening receptions on Monday and Tuesday, as well as continental breakfast, lunch and refreshment breaks on Tuesday and Wednesday.

The CAS will send confirmations via postal mail to all registrants prior to the symposium.

Cancellation Policy

Registration fees will be refunded for cancellations received by the CAS Office on or before March 4, 2011, less a $100 processing fee. Only written cancellations will be honored. Please send cancellation requests via fax to (703) 276-3108 or via e-mail to refund@casact.org.
